Planning Committee Meetings are normally held on the same day as Council Meetings, commencing at 6.30pm though dependent on demand, additional planning meetings may be called.
Both meetings are held in the Village Hall Function Room (unless stated otherwise).
The schedule of meetings to September 2024 is attached below and displayed on the Parish Council's notice board at the Village Hall: Councillor Clerk and meeting details - Dec2023-Sept2024.pdf
During the Covid pandemic the Parish Council instigated (under the Local Government Act 1972) the facility for the Parish Clerk to enact any decisions made regarding council business after consultation with the Chairman and Vice Chairman or - in the event of unavailability of either of those - with one other councillor. In addition, when necessary and under certain conditions, the Parish Council retains the facility for meeting "remotely".
